Billy Buds are felted pom pom buds that add a whimsical pop of color to your decor.  You can add essential oils for a room infuser.  A set contains 8 large poms and 3 smaller poms and can be purchased in a bouquet for diy arrangement or arranged in a vase with colored pebbles.  Custom color sets can be ordered upon request.
